How to get rid of old unwanted computers, networks, monitors (inc CRT), electronics, office hardware and E-Waste?
I need to throw out old PC's, Printers, Monitors and Copiers? Can you just dump them in the trash or is there someone that I can call to pick them up? How do we dispose of our computers, servers, laptops, cell phones, TV sets and old electronic junk? Where do I take unwanted computers, monitors, printers and e-waste? Does all e-waste need to be recycled?

People are always amazed by the sheer quantity of plastic, glass and metals that come out of old office computers or unwanted office printers, fax machines or copiers when they are recycled. Few people however realize the amount of effort, time and skill that is required to disassemble for recycling these old office PC’s and Equipment. Some of the costs in labour can be reclaimed from recycling metals but materials like plastic and glass carry a very low value which means that although recycling is subsidized it can still result in a small fee being charged for the service.
